Walking

Anybody’s babe still not walking ? We used a carrier like walker and he let go and started walking on his own for like 4 steps but he thought we were holding him. Once he realized we weren’t holding him he stopped. I know he can do it but he’s scared. Any tips on how to bring his confidence up?

Our LO pushes his walker and can run with it too but he just has no confidence to do it on his own

Does he spend time with other kids? I think my older children are the reason my girl started walking early, just trying to keep up. If not maybe you could take him to a baby play area like Catch Air?

Almost 15 months no walking

@Kayla he just started daycare on Monday, I’m hoping that helps me build his confidence

Just 13 months here and walking with one hand support. Not independent yet. He can walk A LOT tho

@Aurélie he does too but as soon as he gets the chance he bends that knee 😂

13 months and no independent steps for us yet either 🤷🏼‍♀️

14 months yesterday and we just learned to stand by ourselves with no support for a few moments!

13 months here amd she just started taking independent steps but she still wants at least one hand most of the time. She only does the independent steps when she sees is a short distance... it's their confidence, they will get there.
