Dilating without contractions
Hi has anyone on here dilated without contracting if so how many cm did you get to and what number pregnancy were you?

@Chloe that’s amazing why didn’t they just leave you to dilate naturally if that’s what was happening? I’m not sure if this is happening with me but I’m hoping so 🙏🏽
So I was dilating fine but my body wouldn’t contract or my waters wouldn’t go& they broke my waters so I think I got the drip to speed things up, when they checked if I was dilated I was 6cm but still progressing was just the fact I had so much pressure like she wanted too come out x
Oh I see sounds great getting that far without any contractions though

I was the same with my daughter (first pregnancy) had pressure down below went to hospital I was 6cm then I got the induction drip which started my contractions off x
