Personally one thing I wish I packed and nobody ever says were normal period pads. For me the bleeding was heavy to start but then went to like a normal period quite quickly, and it was uncomfortable using massive thick pads from the hospital x
I'm ngl last time I gave birth I didn't use a majority of it. I'm packing clothes, shower shoes, a long charging cord for my phone, toiletries for when I get to shower, and some undies. You really don't need a lot. The hospital with have everything for the baby besides special clothes.
@Shaina tu I’m 35 weeks today 😬and I’m planning to do the same just to be safe
Adding to what’s already here, the above list is pretty good: - extra long phone charging cord - you never know how far your bed will be from the outlet - ask about uploading your birth plan to your chart online (I use my health online) so you don’t have to worry about remembering it - if you want help learning about how to use your pump you can bring it and lactation consultants will help you, but not necessary - nursing pillow (my Brest friend/boppy, etc.) if you plan on using just to get used to it
@Yesica i am 35 weeks two. my doctor recommended to pack as soon as can just as the baby can come anytime. you stay safe to.
Someone suggested a towel from home once and I fully agree. Hospital towels are basically scratchy wash clothes and everything is sensitive afterwards. Having my own big fluffy towel was so nice.
this what i found online. I am packing my bag today.
