Highly recommend silver nipple cups instead of a cream!

@Chloe what does it do

You express a few drops of milk into the cups and then wear them in your bra, The silver has natural healing properties so helps the skin to heal, and because your nipple always stays moist by sitting in your milk they don’t crack and blister in between feeds. I was having an awful few days first breastfeeding and I used these and it was game changing! X

@Chloe I’m using these shields but didn’t see it say anywhere about putting drops in for moistness

@Laura on the box it says to pop two drops of expressed milk in each shield. I've got silverette ones
