Help 😭

I had my baby on Friday and ive been pumping and trying to latch him for now to get my milk suply up I have not been consistent at all and giving him formula but now one of my breast is huge it hurts and barely anything is coming out. With my first I got mastitis so you would think I learned by now 😐 but what can I do I really don’t want to get that again my boob is in so much pain and no amount of pumping or hand expression is helping
