Contractions stopped
40+2 today and woke up at 2:50am with contractions coming every 7 mins. By 7am, they had become more intense and were happening every 4-5 mins. I also had a bloody show. Then around 9am this morning, they started becoming less frequent until they eventually stopped! This is my 2nd baby. Never had anything like this with my first. Has this happened to anyone else?

This is me now! Had contractions last night, went MAU as they was coming around every 4 mins. They send me home as wasn’t frequent enough, was on and off during the night but seem to have gone off all together now. Hoping they kick back in. I want this baby out now x
So my contractions started back up again at about 5pm yesterday evening. Went into hospital at 10pm and my baby girl was born 2 hours later! It all happened very quickly! 😂 x

i had my baby last friday, and this happened to me on the wednesday! i had a sweep and the monitoring on the wednesday night and started having contractions pretty quickly,but by the morning they really slowed down/ stopped! they did start up again on the thursday…. have you had any pain since? some women go through a slow labour beforehand x
