Right don’t come for me in the comment guys just an idea😅 you can get the tooth brushes with the wall thingy between the handle and brush so then the baby doesn’t shove the toothbrush down their throat, so what IF you put that bit IN the mouth instead of outside so he physically can’t shut his mouth? Idk just an idea I haven’t tried it
Im the same i get 1 stoke on upper and lower and i feel im not brushing them enough but its so difficult its full blown meltdown, rilling arching her back waving arms all over blocking her face, some days i durrender and dont brush them which sounds bad but its just impossible some days!
Here in the same boat
Look in a mirror with them and brush yours at the same time. Let them brush your teeth. Use your toothbrush on them and vice versa. Dab the toothpaste into thr brush so its not a big blob to suck on. Also not using water works best for us as woth water she tries to suck it off. Also singing a tooth brushing song each time
I saw a little trick on TikTok - lay baby on the bed with head in between your legs and hold their arms using your legs, and lean over them and brush. I usually sing brush teeth song - finny the shark xx
@Jasmine this is what I do. We've been doing it like this for months but he still screams 🫣
Following because brushing teeth feels like wrestling a dinosaur. I have to hold my boy down on his changing mat but he screams every time!
