Early labour??
Had 2 sweeps this week, due date is today (7/11/24) and I’ve been having tightenings and pains since 2am but nowhere near close enough, roughly 20 mins apart. Also lost my mucus plug today. Is this early labour? Or just braxton hicks?

We’re at around 6-7 minutes apart right now, but triage said I should be in a lot more pain than I sound so I’m just wondering what your experience of this was? Dont get me wrong they’re not pleasant but they’re nowhere near the level of pain I was anticipating… but I’ve always had PCOS and endometriosis so my period pains were always quite nasty so could I just have a higher threshold at this stage??
Listen to your body, you know your body better than anyone else. Keep timing them on the contractions app, it will tell you when to go to hospital

Would definitely recommend calling Triage. That way you can be sure about what's going on and if something happens baby and you will be in the good hands of midwifes
