I think most stuff is safe, especially if you were already doing it before pregnancy. I’ve found the info about exercise in pregnancy really vague and annoying to be honest, including online and from the midwives. They just say ‘moderate intensity’ and ideally strength train twice a week. I’m staying away from anything high intensity like HIIT. I haven’t been running either just because it gave me lower tummy cramps when I first found out I was pregnant and I don’t want my heart rate too high for a sustained period just because of one paper I read. Think yoga and Pilates are perfect but go to pregnancy specific classes because I went to one certain type of yoga class and she said all the twisting movements weren’t ideal in pregnancy. Swimming is also meant to be good x
