Bht I'm not having any contractions or anything ? She said initially I was 3 cm but after the membrane sweep she stretched me to 4 cm. So idk 😶 . I haven't been having any contractions tho maybe after for a little bit but just crampy here and there . I've been doing the pregnancy ball and sex. I haven't been doing too much to be honest because my one year old has been keeping me busy. Ive been trying to be on my feet as much as I can even at work . So I think maybe that has helped. Yesterday I've been having periodic lightening crotch for a good while so maybe that's what was helping me dilate. Idk ?

You could try the miles circuit, but the best thing you can do is rest, relax, and encourage the natural flow of oxytocin!
I’m 38+2 , baby is sooo ready she’s already been head down for awhile . . And has already lowered into my cervix they couldn’t feel her head when they do cervix checks . . Just havnt progressed at all w dilation so I’ve just be stuck having contractions that aren’t doing anything 😭😭 My dr. Already scheduled me an induction for Nov. 17th if she doesn’t come in her own , she doesn’t want me to go past my due date wich is Nov.20th
Aww man I'm close there with you. My due date is Nov 23 and I'm over being pregnant. My induction is the 26th . I feel like I'm close but I'm not feeling too much now. My doctor does feel her head, I think she's at a -2 station. I don't exactly know what that means but I really do hope you can progress on your own. Maybe she just needs a little more time but then again I'm here researching so much haha 😂

I thought the hospital admitted you once you reached 4cm . . I’ve been 2cm since last Thur got a membrane sweep lost my mucus plug on Saturday, and been having on and off contractions. But havnt progressed at all 😭😭 I’m soo tired of being pregnant, literally have tried everything , walking , using stairs , pregnancy ball, and still having sex. I guess it’s real when they say baby come when they are ready.
