I exclusively pump and baby has been seeping through the night so the last time I pump is at 8pm and then I don’t pump again until 7am. My supply has gone down a lot. I used to get 5 ounces or more when I woke up and now I barely got one today. HELP!

Yeah you shouldn’t go more than 5 hours without expressing otherwise your supply will drop. It’s annoying but you should wake up to express during the night
That happens. I pump every 8 hours and it has kept my supply steady. I pump at 10pm and again at 6am.
Pump later? My son still wakes 1-2 times a night to nurse but I give him a bottle before bed (helps him sleep a longer stretch before waking) If I do pump at night it’s between 10-11

Happened to me with my first, I had to continue doing a pump in the middle of the night.. 😭 annoying when they sleep through. I stopped exclusively pumping at 11m, I was knackered and ready for a bit of my life back 🫠 do what's best for you xx
