Too late to introduce bottle?
I'm going back to work in the new year and have been EBF up until now. I'm thinking it's best to start transitioning off the boob and start pumping. Would you start giving a bottle? Or is it worth at this stage? How else have you given breast milk if not in a bottle? We all know how hard it is to get a ebf baby to drink from a bottle. Wondering if there's a way around it x

My first baby would never take a bottle but started drinking milk from a sippy cup around 7 months or so, I was still ebf and didn’t go back to work until 12 months but when I did she just drunk from the sippy cup. You can definitely pump and see how baby gets on with a bottle - I’ve heard some do take one even late on!
You could just give from a cup now 😊 I’ve read on a breastfeeding group that if your baby hasn’t been taking from a bottle before now there’s no point introducing a bottle and jumping straight to a cup is fine 😊 xx
