Y’all I think I’ve done my last pump. I Exclusively Pumped for almost 7 months .. and this last month despite my efforts I’ve dried up and had to supplement. It has really broken my spirit . I tied to so hard . My goal was Atleast a year . And here I am not good enough for my b… how do I get past this with “ I should have tried harder “ because yall I TRIEDDDDD. I just feel so sad

7 months of pumping is a lot!
Same just happened with me I completely stopped pumping because I was TIRED of thinking about my milk supply dropping bad … every time I saw the pumping stuff I would feel so bad and regret not trying harder so I put everything away and started to feel much better I’m sure my baby would want a happy mom rather than a depressed sad mom.
You go girl! It’s an accomplishment to be proud of.
