Breast pumps and elastic nipples
I am currently Combi feeding due to returning back to work quite soon and I am really torn on breast pumps.
I currently have the madela hand pump with is amazing and the lansinoh electric pump which again is amazing however I would really like to find a hands free wearable pump to be able to pump more discretely and on the go. The issue I have is I have quite elastic nipples and the wearable I have bought so far ( from Amazon) just is not working and does not empty me the way the others do and I’m worried that they will do be like this due to my nipples. Has anyone with elastic nipples had any luck with wearable pumps? Thanks in advance

I have tried a few different sizes and I measured my nipped with a measuring thing, the pump has 3 modes and 12 suctions strengths and I have to have it in max at 12 to do anything
Also yes it’s silicon I think, my friend has the same pump and she finds it empty’s her okay but she doesn’t have elastic nipples, I use a 24mm on my electric which I find comfortable and pain free

You might need to change the flange size on the hands free pump. Which flange size are you using? Are you using silicon flanges in the bands free pump?
