Soya milk

We personally use oat milk in food and a small drink every now and then so she gets used to it but soya is best if tolerated

How old is lo? We put our son on soya from 12 months until we did the ladder at 13 months then by 14 months was on full cows milk

That's when I introduced it first to my son (oat allergy, btw if there's an oat allergy look out for wheat, gluten, barley and rye allergies which would mean baby is coeliac which my son is) as his lunchtime bottle and on his 1st birthday we swapped him over I believe

@YazmynJade Yeah she has a suspected oat allergy that’s why I’m leaning towards soya for now. I’m reintroducing wheat and oats into her diet while waiting for an appointment with an allergist to confirm or deny them x
