Hi! Pre/postnatal fitness trainer here đź‘‹. I would recommend weight training which isn't on here. But just came to say that I would be careful with core and pilates options depending on how far postpartum you are or if you have a diastasis or any pelvic floor dysfunction as they may not rehab your core enough first.
@Jessica my youngest is 3 years old. So I should be ok. I haven't been to the doctors in a couple of years because of lack of health insurance but I think I'm ok with everything
Okay. Is this your first time back to exercise since having babies?
@Jessica started exercising a couple months ago, and I did it for about a month and quit
Add whichever looks the most fun to you. There’s no wrong answer, but the best fitness routine is one you enjoy enough to actually keep up with. And of course one you have equipment for (can’t do cycling if you don’t have a bike). For me personally I’d pick cycling, core, Pilates, strength, and yoga since those look most fun to me

I personally would choose: Meditation, Yoga, Core, Cycling, Mindful Cooldown.
