Feeling defeated
I’ve been in pre labor for almost 2 weeks now, currently 3-4cm dilated and fully effaced . . . Have had atleast 4 membrane sweeps , I can’t even tell you how many cervical checks I’ve got. Babies head is super low in my pelvis (I’ve been in soo much pain) contractions have been constantly I’ve been following the 5-1-1 rule , but keep getting sent home from L&D because I’m not dilating fast enough when I do go get checked ! Uhhh how frustrating, especially being told my the same nurses/drs that they’ll see me later that day or the next and yet nothing happens still baby is staying put. 38+5 my contractions have been coming on for hours on end and then stop for a bit but come back on … soo extremely exhausted 😔😔 mentally drained

I was the same, did everything and the thing that finally put me into labor was a membrane sweep. Got it done at 10am and went into labor around 4pm
INTERCOURSE!!! I was 4cm & 30%. Effaced for 2weeks, had sex one morning and was in labor 10 minutes after. I was going to the hospital everyday due to contractions but kept getting sent home because I was not dilating. I had about 12 cervical checks 😭
Stay strong 💪🏼 stay positive ✨you are not alone ! I feel the same , I’m 40 + 2 , had 1 membrane sweep a week ago no results. I’ve been 1cm 70% for 3 weeks. I have an appointment tomorrow hoping for a successful sweep if not a final induction date to get baby girl out !!

Have you tried the Miles Circuit? That could help if baby’s position is preventing the contractions from moving things along!
