some postpartum friendly exercises and incorporate long walks with baby, be mindful of what you eat and prioritize healthy foods rather than empty calories and later on cut on sweets/junk, but only later on as the first weeks after the labour are tough as they are Xxxxx

Thanks guys, I am giving myself grace and not putting pressure on it but today in the shower I discovered a lot of new stretch marks on my thighs and that really upset me. I didn’t get stretch marks during pregnancy and thought the worst (in terms of body changes) was behind me. This has come as quite a shock
I also feel larger than during pregnancy shockingly! We don't have a scale so cannot check the weight, but my face seems bigger and puffy 👀🙈🙈 I definitely eat properly and have snacks (trying for healthy ones like soreen bar, rice puffs, nakd bars) but also have chocolate or ice cream as food is the only thing which keeps me sane during this newborn phase and lack of sleep 🤣 All I do for now is trying not to think about it and follow my own advice to other women - give yourself a grace, you were growing a human for 9 months and your body went through MASSIVE changes physically and mentally and then the labour which is a full body work out no matter what delivery and afterwards insane hormonal shift. So you cannot judge your body weeks after the birth of your baby but give yourself and your body at least couple of months to get used to not having the baby inside, time to settle the hormones, establish breastfeeding and then you can "judge" but with kindness ❤️ That being said you can definitely start
