Does it feel like there’s a hard segment of boob while the rest of the breast is soft? I get them all the time, it seems to run in my family and I take sunflower lecithin to prevent it now. They can be stubborn, but I figured out eventually a method to clear them for me. Use ice (not heat) on the area and avoid touching / massaging too much. You can push down towards the nipple with a flat hand if you feel like it’s helping move things along. Take ibuprofen 30 mins before a feed and get that area of the boob really cold as you want to take away all the inflammation from around the ducts to allow baby to suck the clog & milk out. If it feels very hot, looks red or you feel unwell, it could have developed into mastitis, but it usually takes a few days to become infected so try not to panic. If you don’t clear it, try again on the next time it’s that boob’s turn for a feed.
Oh also, get baby’s nose or chin in line with the hard lump, so you may need to change position. They don’t suck as hard at the part of the boob in line with the sides of their mouth so you might find you get a clog there

I had a very stubborn blocked duct. I bought a lactation massager that vibrates. You put it right on the hard lump and massage your way to your nipple. My midwife told me that a vibrating toothbrush would have the same effect.
