Breast feeding

My baby is almost 9 months with teeth. I've been weening him off the boob, but on occasions when he feeds, he will bite me. How do you breastfeeding mums cope with being bitten.

My daughter used to do this ! But I’d take her off immediately and tell her no in a calm but stern voice. Overtime I feel she was able to understand that mummies nipples are NOT to be bitten.

@avril so did my daughter LOOOOL! But I wouldn’t put her back on till I could see she understood what I meant. Sometimes just repetition will reinforce .
