I didn't start lactating until after I gave birth. You can leak towards the end of the pregnancy but nipple stimulation can throw you into labor anyway.

Absolutely. Most women dont until after they deliver.

I’ve only leaked colostrum. Currently 26 weeks. Doctors say it’s on the right path. Normally lactation doesn’t start until after baby is out

Totally normal! I’ve leaked a drop here and there but otherwise I haven’t started either. I don’t think full on lactating really starts til after baby’s born
