Yeah I've been waking up from 2-5am, I usually take the time to stretch cause I think I've been waking up from getting really stiff in one position all night and it usually helps me at least feel like I'm resting and not just laying there
I'm gonna try switching up my evening routine to see if that helps, will let you know if anything works! Hope you get some respite soon @A NM @Olivia
Yep since week 5 I wake up about 2-3x a night & stay up for atleast a hour
No advice but I’m literally the exact same and it’s exhausting. I’m 16+1weeks and it’s been like this more or less since the start. It’s a lot x
