Sleep

I’ve been having a lot of trouble with sleeping lately. I will wake up in the middle of the night to my heart racing. This is almost an every night thing and I’m over not being able to stay asleep. I wear my Apple Watch to bed (I know I shouldn’t) but I wear it to track my heart rate for when I’m waking up to my heart racing. I’ve been to the cardio doctor for this and all test came back normal and they say it’s anxiety. Does anyone else have this issue? How do you manage it and make it go away? Do certain sleep positions cause me to wake up in panic?? I need help

Maybe some melatonin or CBD gummies before bed can keep your nerves calm and help avoid the panicky wake ups. I don't personally experience waking up with a faster heart rate but I do wake up very often. Taking gummies helps keep me asleep, or atleast fall back asleep quick from still being 'drowsy' most times

I am an EMT. Yes it is anxiety and that is what is waking you up in the middle of the night. You might want to see your primary doctor or psychiatrist to get you on some meds to help ease it for you when you sleep

Try taking ashwaganda capsules. My partner was having some issues at a time and that is something that has helped both of us with our anxious feeling. We both were smokers at a time & it helped even then when he Mary Jane paranoia kicked in
