Powering pumping!

So I would like to increase my milk supply so I will be power pumping the next couple of days. I was wondering what healthy snacks and meals you all ate when power pumping to help with calorie intake??

I eat meals with lots of protein like salmon, chicken, steak, etc. and all sorts of veggies. Liquid IVs really help with my supply! I also have some protein bars I eat to help with protein intake. Greek yogurt is a good snack that gives you some extra protein too!

Coconut water, oatmeal, eggs, protein bars, almonds, walnuts

Boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, milk and some sort of grain just need a little bit of everything to be honest
