2yr old toddler

Hi ladies! So I have a two year old toddler with long hair. Recently I’ve been noticing his hair has been falling out, I notice it more when I bath him and it scares me of how much he is loosing. I’ve added a video and I added a photo of the two balls of hair I dumped in the toilet. Anyone else have this problem? Should I be worried or is this just his baby hair? Could it be time for a haircut?
