Breast pumps

Hi - it wasn’t until I recently started shopping that I realised how many brands/types of breast pumps exist and now feel slightly overwhelmed😂😭 Does anyone have any recommendations?

Medela!!! On the expensive side but sooo worth it! I’ve tried Tommy tippee/momcozy and manual/electric etc and 100% they don’t come close to my medela pump. I have the suction one to catch my milk when feeding on one side, and I have the double electric one for expressing

If don’t mind the size I recommend Spectra S1… I used it with both my kids and it’s amazing the amount of milk I get. I couldn’t achieve the same with any other portable pump. I also have the Elvie Stride pump and it’s ok but not the same

Hi I have 4! I’ll list them from my favorite to my least favorite. 1. Momcozy S12 Pro - it’s wearable and great suction! I get my normal milk out put in 15 minutes. 2. Spectra S2 - Hospital grade electric pump. Love this one but I hate being stuck to the wall. It takes me about 25 minutes to get my normal milk output. 3. Momcozy V2 Pro - it’s a “hospital grade wearable pump”… however it’s not my favorite because it takes me 30+ minutes to get my normal milk output. 4. Medela hand held pump - I don’t like this one. It takes me forever to get HALF my milk output 😭 I wish I would have got the Momcozy M5 cause I’ve heard great things about that one.

Spectra S1

Medela Swing Flex Electric Breast Pump slightly pricey but so worth it

Spectra dual gold is the one that I use the most. While its being a hospital grade pump, the size is pretty compact. The settings are very simple, suctions are soft but strong. I also have the babybuddha 2.0 (just recently tried it) and it is very strong, you have to be very careful. Honestly the milk output is not as many as my spectra but it is “hackable” with a portable cup or to your spectra flanges

Medela swing flex pump - only just started using it but I love it and much better than one I’ve used previously (tommee tippee)
