Oh no. I feel you! Ok so this is what worked for us. I found my girl reduced her wake ups whenever we Co slept. Also I tried to follow age appropriate wake times and made sure her daytime naps were good. We found that she did this whenever my supply dipped around my period and also when she was teething. Hope this helps.

Thank you so much ! Will see what I can do😊

That's so hard. Mine does the same off and on. Mostly on. Have you checked out the Wonder Weeks app? It sometimes helps me to understand what developmental phase she's in and why she's waking and it helps keep things in perspective and not feel like it's gonna be like this forever. Just knowing things are a phase helps somehow. Sometimes it feels like I'll never sleep again and it's so sad 😭 mine also sleeps the worst when she's teething. And she already has 6 teeth at 10 months old so it's been rough.

Thank you for the support🤗 she is teething too, I could see just 1 popped up at the moment though. I believe that's the reason and soon it ll be ok.

For us I realized he'd wake up more often because of habit when he was smaller and walking every two hours was the norm. We started to just give him back rubs/pats or rock him to back sleep instead of feeding him. To break the habit of waking so often to eat. It took awhile but eventually hed start to wriggle around a bit and make a few little noises and then settle back down to fall asleep. Does your LO nurse to sleep? It's usually harder to break the 2 hour cycle when BF

@Sandi I've never heard of this app. I'll have to look into it, sounds very helpful. My son got 8 teeth by 9 months and is growing so tall so fast. Our poor baby's growth spurts and teething are probably what's keeping him from staying away from the 2 hour wake cycle
