TTC while EBF

hi! my son is currently 10months old and me and my husband are trying for number 2!! (i was cleared by my dr!) we’ve always known we wanted them closer in age and we’ve been trying since he was about 8months. i had my first loss about a month ago and i was just wondering if anyone had any tips for ttc while breastfeeding. i have my cycle back and im ovulating but i know it will be harder since im bf.

I would use ovulation prediction testing strips! I’m pregnant and am breastfeeding a 9 month old, and that’s how I tracked ovulation. I’m glad I did because I ovulated on day 23 rather than 11-14!

@Anna how do you know when you peak, and what are the best times of the day to test?

I tested at 10 am & 4 pm, and you can tell you’re about to ovulate when the test line is as dark or darker than the control line!
