Pregnancy symptoms

I am 6+5 had been so nauseous with a lot of breast sensitivity throughout just had spotting yesterday, fever and today got up with no pregnancy symptoms at all. Super worried EPU said if symptoms don’t return until monday ring them. I am so anxious atm. Has this happened with anybody else.
