Breastfeeding during pregnancy help!

Hi everyone! I’m a little over 4 weeks pregnant, and I’m still breastfeeding my 9 month old. I’ve noticed the past week my supply has dropped significantly — any advice/tips/tricks to get it back up?? I’m desperate. My 9mo was EBF before I got pregnant, hardly taking a bottle and just barely starting to consume what solid foods we feed her- not enough to replace feeds. (We do BLW). Help! 🫶🏼

Im not help in this but you got this! I EBF my whole pregnancy and im still breastfeeding my 1 year old and my 3 week old just stay super hydrated and you can try mothers milk tea to see if that helps with your supply

@Victoria Aguilar thank you for sharing ❤️ tandem nursing would be my dream if I can!!

@Anna it's so tiring but I love it!

Mines almost gone baby is 15 months and she tries to feed at evening for bed and it’s just colostrum again but she doesn’t mind! X

@Naomi mine didn't turn to colostrum till after I had my 4th!

I only found out that I was pregnant with my second when I was 15 weeks in.... and before that, I was still breastfeeding my first. so i was doing it for the whole first trimester before I knew I was pregnant. I felt like my supply was dropping, but he was also self weaning a bit. I would have loved to keep going but I was afraid of supply issues for my second, as I had a lot of issues with my first so eventually he weaned off, I wasn't to worried coz he was eating solids quite well. he was 11 months old when he came off, and I just switched to cow milk, and it all turned out alright! but like I said, I would've kept going and tandem fed if I could!

@Katerina this is so encouraging to hear, thanks for sharing!
