You can take ibuprofen and paracetamol until you feel better x
I only got 14. You can also take ibuprofen and paracetamol. I had longer stretches with no pain so I took longer between meds. I am on day 6 now and have only had paracetamol twice all day With my first section they did not give me anything.
Take ibuprofen and paracetamol. Take them regularly even before you feel pain at the beginning. I started feeling better after 3,4 days of doing this. Believe me it does get better. Hang in there 🤗
I’m allergic to ibuprofen so will just try with the paracetamol then. It’s only when I go on long walks that it hurts now.
I only took pain relief for around 5 days after my section. Everyone is completely different so just listen to your body, I found I wasn’t in pain after those first 5 days xx
They told me you have to stop after 3 days because it can turn to morphine in the system and affect baby via milk and it’s also addictive. I went on paracetamol and ibuprofen at home and it was hard as they were my worst days for pain but I struggled through and stopped all meds around day 7/8 I think x
