Stressed/Anxiety

Good evening! I just need to make sure i’m not freaking out or if i should go be seen. The past week ish i’ve been getting random headaches, my eyes hurt/feel dry, my right side of my body gets weird random pains and underneath my ribs. I’ve had my yearly checkup and they say it’s fine. I did recently get a second job and it’s a lot of time on my phone so i’m not sure if it’s because the eye strain or what. Any advice or thoughts would be appreciated 🩵

Definitely could be eye strain! The rib pain could be a rib or two out of place! When I have certain ribs out of place, my arm will hurt and sometimes go a little tingly if it's hitting a nerve 😩 maybe try getting some blue light glasses and seeing a chiropractor, hope you feel better soon 💕

Being a mom is super difficult and incredibly stressful. This might be psychological. If your nervous system is over taxed, it will shoot your anxiety through the roof. And that can cause all kinds of weird shit to happen. Migraines, temporary blind lness in the one eye, vertigo, etc. Maybe talk to someone who can give the emotional and moral support you need 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 I hopw you feel better soon

@Aurora thank you! i’ve had anxiety since i was 13. i recently watched my niece who is 6 months younger than my son so maybe just watching them together was a lot 😞

People blink less when staring at screens. Plus, it's winter, so everything is just cold and dry to begin with. Consider a desktop humidifier. Also, think about how you are sitting while you work. Is your chair too high, or your desk too low (separate problems)? Do you favor one side, or are you reaching a little too far to use your keyboard or mouse? Ergonomics is a thing for a reason. These things add up, especially as you get older. Try making some intentional adjustments and see if the pains are lessened or go away. Also consider a mild exercise routine that stretches or builds muscle in that area. If it doesn't help, go back to your doc and let them know what you've tried and how the pain has developed over the last year.
