Leaking breast milk

Does anyone have advice on how to deal with leaking boobs overnight? I don’t like wearing a bra and the pads for leaking don’t stick to my pajamas or catch the milk. I usually breast feed at night and use my haaka on the opposite boob. I still leak after that. I hate the feeling of my pajamas being wet.

All I can tell you is that the leaking gets better after like a month or so, at least it did for me. I still leak, just not as much

I got so annoyed by it that I ordered gauze and tegaderm from Amazon and made makeshift absorbent bandaids for my nipples lol

I’ve added a middle of the night pump (10-15 min ) and it totally helped my leaking

I wish I had this problem, how did you establish your milk supply?

Ive been putting diapers in my bra overnight bc the pads just don’t do it for me It looks a bit silly but they’re always on hand and they keep the mattress dry

@Paola it didn't get better for me until 9m with my first! And that's cuz she started only nursing 4 times a day 🥲 OP my mom would use a towel lol she didn't like it but she didn't have a choice. I use t shirts and stick like 3 nursing pads per boob lol cuz I just don't wanna wear a bra

Dry fit!! I use my husband’s dry fit workout shirts and game changer!
