House fire

I had a house fire this week, and my breast pump (calypso double plus) was in the same room as the fire inside a fabric footstool. There is black residue all over all our furniture, belongings and the ceiling and walls are black. Do you think I need to replace the breast pump? I'm wondering how it could have been affected by the emissions, etc.
