Helping newborn with stuffy nose
Hi can I have some recommendation please on how to help my newborn with a stuffy nose (4weeks old)
Hes struggling to breath lying down and I've used the nose suction on him but I'm worried it's making it worse then better 🤦‍♀️

GP advised us to use saline spray - available over the counter. She also said we could use Vicks or olbas oil in hot water in the room but not too close to the baby or on the body, or to get the plug in menthol thing.
We use an electric nasal aspirator as well. Baby is 5 weeks.
