Breastfeeding/pumping

Anyone else have extremely sore nipples? Mine feel very sore, look swollen and pinkish. What can I do for them? Kind of worried they're gonna fall off or something. They are so sore but I need to pump.. need some advice. I've tried lanolin, Vaseline, saline spray. Idk what else I could even do for them.

Have you tried a different flange size? Usually the one that comes with the breast pump is too big for some.

I am having the same thing. I am using frida mama no mess cream. It is amazing but I have to keep applying it and I have to start pumping really low on suction until my nipples adjust. I got sized for a flange size and still having the issue. The gel pads also help with relief temporary

I have the same problem n it only started today since I wasn't able to pump as much as I needed cuase baby was so fussy and what helps is warm compression

I'm using the flange size closest to my size. I don't have the correct size. I pump every 2 to 3 hours and I have to go on a lower setting too now. I have ice packs on them now, will it always be like this ?

Earth mama Nipple butter & cold then warm compress between feedings helps me

Rub some breast milk on them & yes check the flange size
