@Hafs ok will do thanks. It feels like back to back labour as I had that with my first constantly too but that was after my waters broke and was having contractions. I’m not having contractions this time just heavy achey back and legs, almost like when you’ve got a cold and have muscle aches. Will see what today brings 😬
I've been having very intense back pain for weeks now. The last few days have been the worst. Getting tightenings radiating from my back to my hips leaving me unable to walk or talk when they are happening. Still no sign of baby making an appearance yet and I'm 40+2. By the sounds of it, it seems like baby is just pressing on a nerve. Lean over your wall or a table to try and shimmy baby forward a bit. It will help them get in a better position and should relieve a bit of your pain.
Could be a back to back labour? Try "spinning babies" exercises to turn baby into an optimal position? It can help labour progress and the exercises don't turn babies in the right position as far as I'm aware so win-win? X
