I went straight to nursing bras- M&S two pack is £30 so not cheap but not breaking the bank- I found them much more comfortable and not specific cup/back sizes so just got what felt comfortable
Get a bra that fits on the tightest fastening so you can loosen it out! Not only will your boobs get bigger your ribcage will too! I went though about 3 bra sizes during pregnancy and then back again when breastfeeding!
I concur with anyone saying nursing bras. I went from a 32DD to a 32G and after breastfeeding, slowly went back to smaller size. My DD is 7 yrs old now and I am 32F but wear a 32E to lift the fellas up! 🤪 Nursing bras were the best and I could insert softer cushions for sensitive nips. Definitely recommend getting some. Even the cheapo Amazon ones are better than a bra 😅
I had this! I went up 2 cup sizes, I bought nursing bras directly as they'll likely stay this size while breastfeeding. If you feel your band is also tight now you can try going up band size but not cup size. It depends on how much the change is. Most websites have a size chart, get a tape measure and check. I found lots if sales online now so I'm changing them now while I can. Hotmilk 's bras were great and I liked the ann summers one too but I needed another cup size up in that as it's more of a plunge design.
