Stabbing Pain

Hello 👋🏼 So I’m currently around 11 weeks. I’ve had a cold about 3-4 weeks ago, which wasn’t terrible, apart from getting a nasty cough, which is pretty much gone by now. But when I cough, and this only happens when I lay down in bed on my back. I cough once (strong or mild) and it gives me this stabbing pain on my right side on the lower abdomen / where my uterus would be. It does last for maybe 10 seconds and is gone. To mentioned I have had that before I have been pregnant, randomly, but it seems to happen a few more times (not regular). Anyone had something similar? Currently waiting as I should get a scan booked in this week, so I would mention it to the midwife then.
