Does breastfeeding really sag your boobs or is it a myth?!

My boobs are a shadow of their former glory. Deflated sad pancakes. I’m pregnant again and they’ve popped back up perky but baby 2 will no doubt destroy them again 😂

It’s a myth! Pregnancy changes your body. Whether you plan to breastfeed or formula feed, your breasts will look the same. The change they go through is all due to the pregnancy itself lol

Breastfeeding contributes to the deflated look but it’s pregnancy in general that drains the life out of them lol

Don't know whether to laugh or cry lol Baby number one is 2 months. Dort of combi fed ... and I wonder if my boobs are going to look smaller than they already do ... So the idea is there the same with or without breastfeeding ...

Pregnancy changes your whole body. Wider hips and ribs, deflated chest, wobbly tummy. I don’t think it’s breast feeding that is the problem

Myth! It's pregnancy overall and as @Emily said.

It’s not the feeding. It’s the pregnancy. I have pals who bottle fed and found their boobs equally as sorry looking afterwards. We have just had baby number 3 and I’m feeding him…. Just like with my other two… but my boobs have never been right since my first! 🙄

I had no breasts prior to my first. I'm now DD cup.. once I'm done bfing this one (#5) I'll likely be a floppy C or saggy D but time and health does change things. They will change whether you nurse or not and the benefits for both mom and baby far outweigh anything else.

Mine are bags of jelly after nursing for 1.5 years. I know my moms were never the same after breastfeeding us.

Some people say, some don’t. My boobs went back to their original tiny size, no sagging

Mine definitely aren’t what they were before. But they still look good in a bra with proper support so f it. 😂

it did for me 🙃

Breastfeeding doesn’t sag your boobs, pregnancy does.

Pregnancy causes that. Not breastfeeding

Pregnancy does that. You’re not exempt by avoiding breastfeeding.

Did mine

Mine definitely sag now but it's due to the pregnancy it self

They sag whether you breastfeed or not, may as well use them to feed baby. They will end up as scarfs.

Mine are more deflated but that's partly because they go huge when engorged if baby has slept longer then expected as she will only contact nap I can't elevate it while she sleeps (my husband still loves them, he thinks they're much softer now which he loves)
