Same! I’m week 7 and it seems to be getting worse 😢
Meal every 2 hours! I know it’s a lot but nothing else works for me. You won’t want to eat but will thank yourself for doing it!
I’ve been having ginger teas , not sure if they are helping but I got from feeling sick and the thought of food making me gag. Then in the afternoon I’m sooooo hungry and if I don’t eat every 2 hour ish I’m starving and that also makes me feel sick
Have you tried sea bands? (Travel sickness bands). They’ve helped me a little. Regular snacks too to stop from feeling too hungry. Ice pops feel like they’ve helped a bit too
I just gagged on the last mouthful of my dinner😂 so going well haha!
