St John’s wart is good for that I’ve heard but never tried personally.
I’m a Lexapro mama and proud
Zoloft 50mg has been working for me for several years. Weight gain but not super crazy, I'm 150, and it's stayed stable there for a long time and my height makes that overweight but I'm hoping since I'm off birth crontol, after baby is born I will lose the weight. I will try a non hormonal option for BC but I need my zoloft.
I’m taking magnesium glycinate 240mg and it helps depression anxiety and give me energy as well helps me sleep
I'm on escitalopram (lexapro) and don't get any side effects, but I have on different meds in the past when not pregnant. St John's wort works really well for some people but I would still check with your midwife and doctor even though it's herbal as I've been told its just as strong (and check if it's safe in pregnancy).
I've been a Zoloft user for years now, I've tried many others, but this one worked the best and had the least side effects for me. Every body reacts differently to anti anxiety and depression medicine and sometimes it takes a few tries to get the type and dosage right. It has made a HUGE difference in my life being on the proper medication. I do still have to exercise, get sunlight, drink water, and socialize to be fully happy and productive, but the meds keep the dark thoughts at bay so I can live my life.
Quite a few meds. As for natural supplements- I like Ashwaganda+GABA
Vitamin B6 is what aim taking for depression. Don’t know if it works but that’s what my family said to take
