I thought about it a few times but I felt it would be a lot to get up several times a night to make a bottle and it would be more to have to melt down milk as needed and make sure I use it in a timely manner if I strictly pump 😭🫶🏾
I want to but LG isn't taking to a bottle 🤦🏻♀️
Yes. I have struggled from the beginning with being an undersupplier. I have had to combifeed from the first month. As time goes on, every little thing impacts my supply. If I miss a pump session at work, my supply drops. Don't drink as much? Supply drops. I'm trying to recover it now, but barely produce an oz for the entire day. It's frustrating and I want to quit.
There are moments like these where it can seem like it’s the reason they’re up or you’re touched out but there are way more moments where you become thankful for bf because it calms them like nothing else. When they’re teething, it’s a pain reliever, when you’re feeling lazy or tired and you just let them bf. Etc. so many perks of breast feeding to come!
When my baby acted like that I thought baby wasn't getting enough so I started supplementing with formula and baby has been much happier. Regardless it does get better and easier with time.
Early on - I did all the time. Now, at 7 months - I really enjoy it.
