Hey girls … for those of you whose babies sleep through (without you needing to intervene at all) what are your schedules like please ?

Hey! Ours is, (will be 1 on 26th) 06:30am - wake, nappy change etc, milk(5oz) 08:00am - breakfast (porridge, fruits, Greek yoghurt) 09:30am - 11am - nap 1 12/12:30pm - lunch (sandwich / sausage roll, fruit, melty sticks, cheese, tomato, yoghurt etc) 2:30pm/3pm - nap 2 (wake after 1.5 hours) 6pm - dinner (whatever we have) 7pm - in the bath 7:15pm - out of bath, changed, milk (7oz) 7:30pm - asleep until 06:30am In between times - playing, dog walk, shops etc. We also don’t use a dummy, which is definitely hard some days😭. But there was a period of her having it in the day and she kept waking in the night (even though she didn’t have the dummy for bedtime, so we would give it to her in the night to get her back to sleep) but as soon as we completely stopped it she’d slept through again…🤷🏻‍♀️😊 hope that helps xx

Hi Ours is awake anytime after 6am First bottle within 30mins of waking Independent supervised play on floor in room Breakfast within 1 hour of waking Nap 2hrs of waking(ours has a small bottle with each nap) Wake after nap which is up to about 2hrs Awake 4hrs and has lunch in this time Second nap and another small bottle. I don't allow her to sleep beyond 3pm ever Awake 4 hrs before bedtime at 7pm during which we have: Dinner 5pm Play until 18:30 when we start bathtime Sleeps 7pm with a bigger bottle to set her for the night Sleeps through to 6am next morning During day we play and we try and take them out for fresh air even for short walk. Makes a difference

Honestly we don't have a schedule at all! He wakes up roughly 12/13 hours after he goes to bed and always has done, usually try to get him down between 19:30 - 21:00. He either has 1 long nap in the day (2 hours +) or 2 shorter naps. Just wing it tbh, he's always been a good sleeper! 🤷🏼 xx
