Hiiii! My life currently revolves around my 6 month old little one and her wake windows and sleep schedule haha but I’d love a mom friend who’s going through the same thing! I don’t know many people on the sleep training side of parenting. No judgement to anyone who isn’t! This is just what works best for my fomo girly ✨
My LO is 3 1/2 months old now. I'm getting him used to a schedule in his 3rd month but when he turns 4 months I'll crack down more on the sleep training. Im reading the precious little sleep book and been following the sleep/wake window chart and it's been helping
