Period cramps
I used to have very painful period but after having baby, its so much better now. Only thing is the date used to be very consistent but now I get it earlier every month. Doesn't follow any pattern too. Just wondering if any of you are experiencing the same?

@Nikki as far as I know coils make period cramps worse. That was the reason I always avoided it in the past
Yeah my partner was asking this but because it’s only the copper one I was adamant it’s not possible but a few people have said to me it made their cramps more painful 😬

Mines the opposite my period cramps are awful and when it comes on it’s very light for a couple of days then full on for a few days then seems to be spotting for a few days after that , tricky to track it but i’m also on a copper coil for the first time so i’m not sure if that’s able to mess with things 🥲
