Pumping
Ok…. So… every so often my LG will have a bottle BUT I always forget to pump in ‘replacement’ of this bottle feed and I’m scared I’ll loose my supply or it dip AGAIN
How can I remind myself to pump when she has a bottle 😮💨😩 (also I’ve tried pumping every so many hours and the alarms don’t work I switch them off and say “I’ll do it in a minute after I’ve done this” and then never pump even if my pumps right there🤦🏼♀️)
I feel like I’m getting so lazy with breast feeding yet I don’t want my journey to end 😩 my pump is a wearable in bra one with no wires too 🥲

Following bc I do this too!! Plus going back to work i’m pumping less often than she would eat and my supply has definitely dropped which makes me sad because i want to BF until she’s closer to 1
@Maile same here! I want to try and get to 1 and 1/2 to 2 years with breastfeeding! Although I think stopping may be easier while she’s younger 😔

Maybe put two or three alarms back to back ? That way even if you forget on the first, you’ll be reminded again in a few mins with the next alarm
