Hi! Pre/postnatal fitness trainer here đź‘‹. First you're going to want to start with breathing exercises to help you reconnect with your core and pelvic floor, then deep core activation exercises. Once you learn how to properly breathe and activate your core, it's easier to go back to regular exercise. I'm launching a program for postpartum women with a special black Friday deal.
