Yes intense period cramps should last about 30 seconds to 1 min
@Sarah oof I’m a little worried about that. Did your OB tell you it was back labor or did you know from the start? Did anything help for the pain? It’s not excruciating at all but it is pretty consistent even between the waves.
Mine was excruciating painful period cramps it lasted about 30 sec-1 min And they were 5-8 min apart then slowly became 3-5 min apart and then I could t take it anymore so I went to the hospital
