Naps

How am I supposed to reduce my 6month olds naps when she's waking at 5am and not going back to sleep. She's still on 4 naps and only naps for half an hour still. I'm literally at my wits end. I feel like she's now broken into a new sleep regression, waking multiple times a night again. Then when 5am hits she's ready to start her day. To get her to her 7:30 bed time, there's alot of naps needed. Help!

Sadly I think it’s just normal for 6 month old sleep regression. No help here, just going through the same thing, he’s on 3 naps of about 30-40mins and started waking multiple times per night.

We’re in the same boat. Myself and all of my friends with 6 month olds are all going through the same! Multiple night waking and 5/5.30 am morning starts, apprantly the sleep regression is just a phase so we can only hope it gets better! Our babies are going to bed at 6.30 ish though and still waking at 5/5.30am

Why are you "supposed" to reduce her naps? Babies main development comes from sleep so let her sleep when she wants 🤷‍♀️ I let me girl sleep when she wants as long as she wants and she's going 12-13 hours overnight no wakes from 8-8/9

4 naps is normal let them drop it naturally My girl did at around 6.5 months
